Delivery Policy

This policy explains how your Sheet Peeps digital products are delivered after purchase from sheetpeeps.com.

1. Digital products only

All Sheet Peeps products are digital files — there are no physical goods, no packaging, and no shipping involved. Your purchase gives you immediate access to downloadable spreadsheet templates in the format(s) specified on the product listing.

2. How delivery works

Step 1 – Purchase

When you purchase a product on sheetpeeps.com, you are directed to a secure checkout hosted by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing and file delivery on our behalf.

Step 2 – Confirmation email

After your payment is confirmed, Lemon Squeezy will automatically send an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will contain your download link(s).

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this email within a few minutes of purchase.

Step 3 – Download your files

Click the download link in your confirmation email to access your files. Your download should begin immediately.

Download links are time-limited. If your link has expired before you were able to download your files, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and we will arrange a new link.

3. File formats

Products are available in the formats listed on each product page. Formats currently offered include:

  • Google Sheets – a template file you copy to your own Google Drive (requires a free Google account)
  • Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) – compatible with Excel 2016 and later, and most modern spreadsheet applications

Please check the product listing carefully before purchasing to confirm which format(s) are included. If you have a question about compatibility, contact us before purchasing.

4. Accessing your Google Sheets template

If your product includes a Google Sheets version:

  1. Click the link in your download email. This will open a read-only Google Sheets template.
  2. Go to File → Make a copy to save your own editable version to your Google Drive.
  3. You must be signed into a Google account to make a copy.

You do not need a paid Google account. A free Gmail/Google account is sufficient.

5. Issues with your download

If you experience any of the following, please contact us at [email protected]:

  • Your download link is not working or has expired
  • The file you received appears corrupted or will not open
  • You received the wrong file or format
  • You were charged but did not receive a confirmation email


Please include your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy confirmation email) when you contact us. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

6. Right of withdrawal – EU and UK customers

Under EU and UK consumer protection law (the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and its UK equivalent), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts, allowing cancellation without reason.

This right does not apply to digital content supplied online once download or access has begun, where the consumer provided prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged they would lose the right of withdrawal.

At the Lemon Squeezy checkout, you will be asked to confirm your consent to immediate supply of digital content and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost once the download begins. By completing your purchase and downloading your files, you confirm this consent.

If a file is faulty or not as described, EU and UK customers retain statutory rights to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) under the EU Digital Content Directive (Directive 2019/770) and equivalent UK law, regardless of the above. See section 7 below.

7. Refunds

Because all products are digital files that are immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds based on change of mind once a download has been initiated.

We will provide a refund or replacement if:

  • The file is corrupted, will not open, or cannot be used as intended
  • The file does not match the product description (e.g., the wrong format was delivered)
  • You were charged but did not receive your files due to a technical error
  • You were charged twice for the same purchase


To request a refund under the above circumstances, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date, providing your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Processing times are subject to Lemon Squeezy’s and your payment provider’s timescales.

EU and UK statutory rights: Nothing in this policy removes or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law. Where a digital product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to request a remedy regardless of the no-refund position stated above.

8. Redownloading your files

We recommend saving your downloaded files to a safe location (e.g., your local device or cloud storage) immediately after downloading.

If you need to access your files again, check your original order confirmation email for the download link. If the link has expired, contact us and we will help you regain access.

9. Licence and permitted use

Purchasing a Sheet Peeps template gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the file for your own personal financial management. You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, or share the template files with others
  • upload the files to a public platform or use them as the basis for a product you sell
  • remove or obscure any Sheet Peeps branding or attribution
